Indoor Saunas

Indoor saunas fit into basements, bathrooms, spare closets, and garages. Traditional models use a sauna heater with rocks and produce that authentic Finnish sauna experience with steam (called "löyly" when you throw water on the stones). Infrared saunas use light panels to heat your body directly, reaching operating temperature in about 15 minutes versus 30-45 for traditional.
